Kids single session and 8 Weeks Padel Program


Our Kids 8 Weeks Padel Program is designed to help young players develop step by step — from first-time learners to confident padel players who understand the game and love every moment of it. Through progressive skill layering, each week introduces new techniques and challenges that build coordination, confidence, and teamwork in a fun, supportive environment.
What Kids Will Learn?
Weeks 1–2: Coordination, movement & fun — mastering the basics while enjoying every rally.
Weeks 3–5: Strokes & rallies — learning proper technique, timing, and consistency.
Weeks 6–8: Tactical play & teamwork — developing smart plays, communication, and game awareness.

At NextGen Padel, we offer specialized training programs designed for kids who are eager to embark on their Padel journey.
Each session focuses on technique, movement, control, and game understanding—while keeping playtime fun and engaging.
Ideal For: Ages 4 – 12 years y/o
Duration: 60 minutes

* Padel Sprouts (former Mini Padel) | Pre school (4-6 year old) – 4 PM to 5 PM
* Padel Explorer (former Junior Padel) | Lower Primary (7-9 year old) – 5 PM to 6 PM
* Padel Challengers (Former Pro Padel) | Upper primary (10-12 year old) – 6 PM to 7 PM
Sundays
* Padel Sprouts (former Mini Padel) | Pre school (4-6 year old) – 8 AM to 9 AM
* Padel Explorer (former Junior Padel) | Lower Primary (7-9 year old – 9 AM to 10 AM

Each morning session is packed with energizing games, skill-building drills, and friendly rallies. Kids not only develop coordination, balance, and focus but also gain confidence and new friendships that last beyond the court.

Duration: 2 or 3 days – 2.5 hours per day
Group Size: Max 6 players per coach
Schedule:
– 6 to 9 y/o : Morning Camps ( 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM)
– 10 to 12+ y/o : Afternoon Camps (1:00 PM to 3:30 PM)
Typical Session Breakdown

| 10:30 am – 10:45 am | Short Break | Hydration and light snack. |
| 10:45 am – 11:25 am | Match Play & Game Situations | Rallies, point play, teamwork drills; adjusted to age and level. |
| 11:25 am – 12:00 am | Team Challenge / Mini Tournament | Fun competitive games, wrap-up and cool-down. |
