Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in all programmes, classes, and activities organised by NextGen Padel (“NextGen Padel”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By registering a child for any programme, parents or legal guardians (“you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Programme Participation
NextGen Padel programmes are designed for children within the stated age ranges for each programme.
Placement into a specific group is determined by age and, where relevant, coach assessment.
We reserve the right to move a child to a more suitable group if deemed necessary for safety, development, or group balance.

2. Registration & Payment
Full payment in advance is required to secure a place in any programme.
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
Prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of coaching and facility use unless otherwise stated.

3. Refund Policy
No free trials are offered.
For the 8 weeks programme, if a student does not wish to continue after attending the first class, a full refund will be provided less an administrative fee of SGD 55.
No refunds will be issued for withdrawal after the second class, except where a valid medical certificate is provided.
For school break camps, refunds will only be issued if a valid medical certificate is provided and the amount of the refund will be pro rated based on number of days already attended.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed by Paynow or credit card within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Missed Classes & Make-Up Sessions ( for the 8 weeks program)
In the event of a missed class, with a prior notice of 48 hours, make-up classes will be offered, within the limitations explained below.
Make-up sessions are capped at a maximum of three (3) missed classes per programme cycle.
Missed classes without prior notice or beyond the allowed cap are forfeited and non-refundable.
Make-up sessions must be completed within a period of 4 weeks following the original programme cycle end date unless otherwise approved by NextGen Padel.

5. Cancellations & Changes by NextGen Padel
NextGen Padel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to coach unavailability, facility issues, or safety concerns.
In such cases, a make-up class or alternative arrangement will be offered at a mutually agreed date/time.

6. Health, Safety & Conduct
Parents/guardians confirm that their child is medically fit to participate in padel activities.
Any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs must be disclosed at registration.
Children are expected to follow coach instructions and behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and other participants.
NextGen Padel reserves the right to suspend or remove a participant whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

7. Venue & Facilities
All programmes are conducted exclusively at Padel X, Singapore’s only indoor, fully air-conditioned padel facility, unless otherwise stated.
Facility rules set by Padel X must be adhered to at all times.
NextGen Padel is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged at the venue.

8. Equipment
Coaching equipment (racquets and balls) is provided during sessions.
Participants may bring their own racquet if preferred.
Proper sports attire and sports shoes are required.

9. Photography & Media
NextGen Padel may take photographs or videos during sessions for training, marketing, or promotional purposes.
By enrolling, parents/guardians consent to the use of such media unless written objection is submitted prior to participation.

10. Liability & Assumption of Risk
Padel is a physical sport and carries inherent risks.
NextGen Padel, its coaches, staff, and partners shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or losses arising from participation, except where required by law.
Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for their child’s participation.

11. Data Protection
Personal data is collected solely for programme administration, communication, and compliance purposes.
All personal data will be handled in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

12. Amendments
NextGen Padel reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
